BHANDUP police in East Mumbai have registered a non-cognizable (NC) offence against unknown person who adopted unique idea to terrorise a person. The accused wrote on house wall threatening to Abid Khan – “Abid tera murder hai, Ali apne bachchon ka soch.”

On September 14, 2017 Abid Abdul Kuddus Khan (38) registered NC (copy with ABI) against unknown person. Abid, a resident of Jalaram Park, Sonapur, Bhandup (West) is a iron steel businessman. On September 14 around 9.30 am his neighbour Chetan Gandhi pointed to him the threatening message written on his house wall. The message was, “Abid tera murder hai, Ali apne bachon ka soch.” Ali is close aide of Abid. Surprisingly last week few persons attacked on Ali, who had registered NC at Bhandup police station.

Mera Ek Hi Dushman
Abid alleged this is handiwork of his “only enemy” Akhlaq Chaudhary. Akhlaq is also a resident of Jalaram Park building. He is jobless and involved in petty crimes.

“I checked CCTV footage. No outsiders came in. This handiwork is only of Akhlaq,” said Abid.

On May 12, 2016 Akhlaq had attacked Abid alongwith his three friends. Abid had registered FIR at Bhandup police station. Later Bhandup police registered cross complaint against Abid’s family members.

“Mera ek hi dushman hai aur wo hai Akhlaq. Main sure hoon ki Akhlaq ne hi deewar par likha hai,” said Abid.

Recently Bhandup police had picked up Akhlaq in an extortion case. There are two dowry harassment cases registered against his two brothers.

Now Akhlaq adopted unique idea to terrorise Abid by writing on his wall and attacking on his aide Ali.
