ABI’s special report: Why Nagpada’s own underworld queen, Haseena Parkar died in Ramazan !

PEOPLE believe that if a Muslim dies during Ramazan, heaven is the ultimate destination, which means that they will go straight to Jannat? Nagpada’s underworld queen, the younger sister of underworld don Dawood Ibrahim, Haseena Parkar, who was only liable to be shot or killed, died in Ramazan, but why? Reason is with ABI.

On the occasion of Diwali, ABI (abitnet.org) visited Ajmer Sharif Dargah, where the reason was disclosed, that why 55-year-old Haseena Parkar died in Ramzan?

One of Khadims (priest) of Dargah Sharif Haji Sayed Salim Bana Chishti shared his experiences with ABI (abinet.org) that how Haseena Parkar was honoured death from Hazrat Khwaja Moinuddin Hasan Chishti.

Haseena Parkar had chosen her Khadim to Haji Peer Mazahar Baba.

According to sources Haseena Parkar feared that she will be killed by rivals gangs or enemies. She told Mazahar Baba that she did not want to be killed by bullets or other ways. She wants to go Jannat and have a natural death. She also told Mazahar Baba that if she dies a natural death she will give him Rs. 1 crore cash and a bungalow in Ajmer Sharif city. Happy with this offer Mazahar Baba gave her blessings that she will die only in Ramazan.

In guidance of Mazahar Baba Haseena Parkar visited on the 6th date (6th Sharif) of every month from Mumbai to Ajmer Sharif Dargah for offering prayers.

“She was very honest with her prayers. She visited Dargah Sharif on the 6th Sharif of every month. She would distribute fruits, foods, cloths to poor and needy people in Dargah premises. She would arrange Iftaar party during Ramzan month,” said Salim Bana Chisti.

“We never felt that she was sister of an underworld don. She was very quiet and simple. She was very helpful in nature. Mazhar Baba had promised to her that she will get Jannat,” said a trustee on condition of anonymity.

Unfortunately Mazahar Baba died before Haseena Parkar’s death.

On July 6, 2014 Haseena Parkar suffered a massive heart attack. She was rushed to nearby Habib hospital in Dongri (South Mumbai) where she is believed to have breathed her last breathe. Co-incidentally, Haseena was observing Roza (Ramazan). After death of Haseena Parkar Dargah Sharif trustees arranged ‘Kuran Khani’ and prayed for her.

Haseena Parkar left behind two daughters. Her eldest son, Danish died a few years ago in a road accident.

Sources said Dawood Ibrahim and his brothers Anis, Mustqeem and Humayun had visited the Dargah Sharif several times. Dawood studded the walls of the Dargah’s with silver.

Haseena Parkar was the younger sister of Dawood Ibrahim. Well known as Haseena Aapa, she was godmother of Mumbai underworld. She was running a proxy business in the name of her Karachi (Pakistan) based brother. She rose to the crime world after her husband Ismail Parkar was shot dead by the Arun Gawali gang in 1991. She was heading the crime syndicate from the Gorden Hall Apartments in Nagpada. 1- Dawood had left behind around 54 benami properties that Haseena was managing. According to underworld sources she owns six hotels in Nagpada. 2- She was also managing business of acquiring overseas rights of Bollywood films to be released in Central Russia and Gulf. 3- She runs hawala rackets by transferring money from Middle-east to India and vice versa. 4- She was also handling Mumbai famous cable wars and settling disputes in return for hefty fees. 5- She was extorting money from settling construction and property disputes.

These were the reasons that installed a fear of being killed in her mind.

Hazrat Khwaja Moinuddin Hasan Chishti popularly known as Hazrat Khwaja Garib Nawaz (Benefactor of the Poor) is the most famous saint of the Chishti Order of Sufism of the Indian subcontinent.
