THE Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB), Mumbai arrested Sunil Raghunath Bhosle, a police constable attached to Nehru Nagar Police Station, Mumbai, for allegedly demanding a bribe of Rs. 15,000 from the complainant.

According to ACB press note, the complainant is a driver of Bolero (MH-05- DK-1456). As per the complaint, Sunil Raghunath Bhosle took his Bolero into the custody for Challan on March 14, 2019, but when the complaint is unable to pay the fine amount the constable demanded Rs. 15,000 from him for not taking any action on his vehicles. The complainant was not willing to pay the bribe amount, so he approached the ACB, Mumbai.

On November 6, 2019, the ACB officials laid a trap in the Nehru Nagar police station and arrested Sunil Raghunath Bhosle while accepting a bribe of Rs.15, 000 from the complainant.
