BOMBAY Animal Activist Chief Vijay Kishor Mohnani has been booked by Oshiwara Police and an FIR has been registered against him in a rape case under various Section of IPC ,376(2), 420, 406 etc . However the Oshiwara police failed to arrest him although the complainant filed an Fir against him on 30 September.
“I met him in 2017 and gradually he introduced himself as Founder of Ekta world and relative of Ashok Mohnani we came very close to each other and our friendship transformed into a love story (Bollywood film style). He used to come to my house very often. He added that he promised me to get married to me, but whenever I broach the topic of marriage, he always avoided me. Later on I came to know he is a womaniser having extra martial affairs with many women. Alas when the true picture of him came to light, and when I asked him about it, he started torture me and threatened me to implicate me in false cases. It was after this that i decided to file an FIR” As per the complainant.
The rape victim further slammed the Oshiwara Police for not having arrested him yet. He further lashes out at Police for not arrest him. In the court his supporters and lawyer threatened me of dire consequences. I filed yet another FIR against those at Kurar Village Police Station under section 506 and 509.
I want justice the people like Vijay Kishore Mohnani should never be spared but should be stringently punished for ruining my life giving false promises of Marriage.Till Sundar accused not arrested he moved for Anticipatory Bail.
