MORE trouble for bollywood actor Salman Khan. A waiter of five star hotel identified Salman Khan and told to the court that he had served Bacardi and Cocktails to the superstar’s group just before the accident.
On Monday Salman Khan appeared in City Civil Sessions court, Mumbai in connection with the 2002 hit and run case.
The waiter told to the court that Salman Khan had visited the hotel bar. He had accompanied a group of friends. The waiter claimed that he had served Bacardi and Cocktails to the Khan’s group. However the waiter said he did not remember whether Salman Khan had consumed alcoholic drinks.
Salman had visited the five star hotel a few hours before the accident involving the superstar had occurred on Hill Road, Bandra on the night of September 28, 2002. One person was killed and four others were injured.
So far, 17 witnesses have been examined in connection with the 12-year-old case.
48-year-old superstar was accompanied by his sisters Alvira Agnihotri and Arpita Khan. His manager Reshma Shetty, his friend Pippy aka Prashant and his loyal bodyguard Shera were also seen accompanying him.
