ARCHANA Pandey, a known face in the modeling world and South Indian film’s actress committed suicide by hanging herself at her Andheri home. She was facing financial crisis and was depressed due to her boyfriend’s attitudes.
According to police, Archana Pandey used to stay in building no 6-A, flat-1206 of New MHADA, Lokhandwala, Andheri (West). She used to live alone in her flat. She committed suicide three days back. Her neighbours felt some stinking smell, which they called upon police who discovered Archana’s body hanging in her flat.
Police sent Archana’s body for postmortem in Juhu’s Kapoor hospital.
Police also found a suicide note in her flat. The suicide note states that she was in depression due to financial crisis and unhappy with boyfriend.
However, the Versova police have registered ADR (accidental death report) and trying to contact Archana’s relatives.
