Builder Vikas Oberoi’s GOONS rob taxi driver at Mulund construction site Eternia and Enigma

A taxi driver Subhash Phoolchand Tiwari (38) has complained against builder Vikas Oberoi and his goons Akash Kale, Mayur Bhone, Raman Iyer and others, demanding FIR of dacoity should be registered against them. Tiwari claimed he was robbed while he had gone to drop a passenger at Oberoi’s construction site Eternia and Enigma at Mulund.

On January 17, 2018 Tiwari files a written complaint to Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP). Complaint copy is available with ABI (Akela Bureau of Investigation).

According to the complaint, Tiwari is a resident of Tulsi Nagar, Kanjur Marg (East). He is a taxi driver by profession since several years. On December 21, 2017 around 1.30 pm a person Mayuresh Gunjal hired him for going to Thane. While he was on way to Thane, Mayuresh Gunjal asked him to halt for some time at Oberoi’s Enigma site, at LBS Road, Mulund (West). Gunjal went inside the site and Tiwari was waiting him outside. After waiting for a long time when Gunjal did not return Tiwari took permission from security guard and went inside to tell Gunjal that he is being late for another passenger.

Tiwari was shocked to see that 6 to 7 persons were holding Gunjal. They abused, thrashed and robbed Gunjal. A little later they also held Tiwari. Tiwari was trying to explain that he is just a taxi driver and not Gunjal’s associate but to no avail. Akash Kale and Mayur Bhone abused and thrashed Tiwari. They also removed Rs 600 from his pocket.

Akash Kale phoned the police and two policemen reached on the spot. They took them to police station. Shockingly, policemen were planning to register trespassing and extortion FIR against Gunjal and Tiwari. But Gunjal showed the letter stating that he is authorized contractor of the Oberoi’s site and therefore policemen changed the plan. Later police registered thrashing FIR and arrested Gunjal and Tiwari.

Akash Kale and Mayur Bhone had badly thrashed, robbed Gunjal and Tiwari. They had no authorized permission to enter the Enigma site but police ignored Gunjal and Tiwari’s complaint. Remember, Akash Kale and Mayur Bhone are members of Mayur Shinde gang. Mayur Shinde who is currently Tadipar from Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane for his criminal activities and yet builder Vikas Oberoi has hired him and his goons for protecting Engima site.

Mulund police knew EVERYTHING but openly favor Oberoi’s illegal activities. On January 2, 2018 ABI (abinet.org) published article under headline, GUNDEY KA SAATH, OBEROI KA VIKAS: Builder Vikas Oberoi hires TADIPAAR goon to PROTECT Mulund project.

“FIR should be registered against Vikas Oberoi, Akash Kale, Mayur Bhone, Raman Iyer and others under dacoity, thrashing sections of the IPC,” said Tiwari.
