IT is always necessary if not mandatory to displays the Detail Project Report (DPR) for in-depth information for public perusal on their respective website’s by the concerned authorities. Though MMRCL has displayed Metro 3 DPR on its website after RTI activist Anil Galgali initiative but MMRDA has so far not done so. Now it’s easy to Citizen to refer this Metro 3 DPR just sitting at home on one click.

In a letter on February 3, 2017 Anil Galgali had written to Chief Minister Devendra fadnavis, MMRDA Commissioner UPS Madan, MMRCL Managing Director Ashwini Bhide regarding the display of all the DPR’S for all the ongoing projects. MMRCL responded positively to this appeal but MMRDA has yet to respond. All projects before commencement make Detail Project Report which has included all details. But unfortunately it’s not make public and authority charges higher fee.

“If this will be online or on public domain, this could have helped the common man to refer these projects just sitting at home. Also if any misconception or misunderstanding regarding this project could have been cleared as there lot of financial burden involved,” said Galgali.
