AN assistant teacher of Bhandup based Shrimati Ramkali Devi Sanman Singh Vidyamandir has complained against her own school’s Managing Director Shivshankar Shivram Singh alias Puppy Shivshankar Singh for allegedly abusing and threatening her. She has resigned from the post of supervisor. An FIR has been filed against Singh.
On June 29, 2018 Bhandup police registered FIR (copy with ABI) against Shivshankar Singh on complaint of Mamta Yadav (name changed for protecting identity) under sections 509, 504 and 506 of IPC. 55-years-old Mamta is working as teacher since 27 years and was also holding supervisor post since 5 years.
According to FIR, on Septmeber 14, 2017 Shivshankar Singh called Mamta in his cabin and informed her that current principal Shailja Rajkunwar is retiring on July 1, 2018. Singh assured her that after retirment of Shailja she will be next principal. Singh also appointed clerk Ramchandra Salunkhe and Shailja to train Mamta as principal. The school’s staff had welcomed and wished her for being their future principal. But on June 14, 2018 Singh appointed a junior teacher Virendra Varma as principal. Shocked Mamta on June 27, 2018 resigned from her supervisor’s post. She wished to work as assistant teacher only.
On June 28, 2018 Shivshankar Singh went to the staff room. Infront of other staff he abused in filthy languauge and threatened Mamta for her resignation from supervisor post. Assistant police inspector (API) Deepa Randhawa is investigating the matter.
