“Pahinjo Hikdo Hi Yaar AA” (PHHYA) bagged 4 awards at 2nd Sindhi Film Festival held this week at New Delhi by Sindhi Academy, Delhi Government.
Movie Director Ramessh Nankani told ABI (abinet.org) that PHHYA created history by premiering in Dubai in 2014, got awards for Best film (popular choice), Best director (Ramessh Nankani), Best Actor (Jeetu Vazirani) and Best Music Director (Hitesh Udhani). Award for best music was shared by Kamlesh Vaidya and Vijay Rupani (Vardaan).

The festival held on 27th and 28th May at Sirifort Stadium, New Delhi, screened 4 movies; PHHYA, Nai Shuruaat, Vardhaan and Trapadd Teshion Tey.
Nai Shuruaat, a movie based on thalasemmia, bagged awards in category of Best film (critics) and Best cinematography (Unnidivakaran D Vinod). While Vardaan, with a message to save girl child, got award for Best female actor (Komal Chandnani) also.

Before this PHHYA movie awarded by Doordarshan Sahyadri channel as A Best film with the hands if former deputy prime minister of India Lal Krishna Advani. PHHYA is a first Sindhi Movie which is released in seven countries, i.e. Sant Marteen (US), Dubai (UAE), Phillipines, Hong kong, Muscat, Doha as well as in India.
