Owaisi, Kejriwal, Digvijay and Mulayam save my life too. Because I, too, am Muslim. BMC, builder and Mumbai police have ruined my life

I am not a terrorist; I am not a SIMI activist. I am only a poor man and most importantly, I am a MUSLIM. Please give me justice. Save my life……

HELLO all. Let me introduce myself. I am Abdul Sattar Zainullah Khan, a 68 year old Muslim (sorry readers, but I HAD to mention my religion here). In my 68 years of existence, amongst the many things (good/ bad) that I have seen, what I have seen is that the lobby and nexus between the Brihannmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), the builders and the Mumbai police have practically ruined my life, leaving me nowhere.

Hence, I am using esteemed portal ABI (abinet.org) to request the likes of Asaduddin Owaisi, Arvind Kejriwal, Digvijay Singh and Mulayam Singh, who happen to be the ‘contractors’ of Muslim community, to save my life too.

Last month, whenever I switch on the TV set, what I get to see on television are these jesters of politics viz., Asaduddin Owaisi, Digvijay Singh, Arvind Kejriwal, Lalu Yadav and Mulla Mulayam Yadav barking on encounter of SIMI terrorists. They always bark on any happening with the Muslim community, the same way they had barked on hanging of terrorists Yakub Memon and Ajmal Amir Kasab.

I am ALSO a Muslim and this is what had happened with me…

I had purchased my house (6X11 sq fit) from one Mohammed Yusuf Khan in 1996 for a sum of Rs. 1.5 lakh. I have all related documents proving that I am real owner of the room.

As per the quintessential ‘Mumbai tradition’ a builder named ‘NAN Enterprises’ started eyeing my house. The seat No- 309, CS- 626, 627, 628, 629- is spread over 60,000 sq fit. The real owner of M/s NAN enterprises is Abu Ansari, who works as a pilot with leading airlines Air India.

However, Mohammed Salim Yusuf Khan and Abdul Rahim Moharram Ali Khan, who were looking into company, had put the proposal in SRA in order develop the area. Needless to say that, post that, chaos speeded amongst all the residents. Post that, an RTI enquiry revealed that builder was trying to develop (read ‘UPSURP’) that area illegally. Firstly, the SRA had not conducted the most important table survey. Secondly, there were as many as 194 original tenants, but, the builder submitted the proposal of a whopping 242 tenants! Which means that, as many as 48 tenants name were found to be totally fake. To top it all, even the BMC also issued Letter Of Intent (LOI) without any proper verification. If that wasn’t ‘interesting’ enough, four of the tenants were paying rent directly to the BMC! The builder just did not mention their name in proposal as the rule did not allow it. Also, one more important point that ‘Annexure-2’ (page 113 to 241) was not found in the BMC record.

FIR against the builder

I was complaining against builder for his illegal work. After lots and lots of efforts (and that’s NOT an exaggeration), the Byculla police, ultimately, registered FIR CR No- 70/2015, under sections 420, 406, 465, 467, 468, with 34, 114 and 120 (B) of Indian Penal Code (IPC) against 13 persons including the architect Iqbal Parekh. After registering the FIR, I think that the Byculla police have forgotten about our pending case. That’s why all of us had lost the faith on Byculla police. On our request, the Sewree court forwarded the matter to Nagpada police station for further action. Two years have passed, but it’s the same old matter i.e. ‘Three Dhaak Leaves’ at Nagpada police also. Here too, the reason I don’t know.

House sealed, my wife died

Matters became very much serious when, on, October 2016, the BMC officers sealed my house without any prior notice. I told the officers that I have a stay order from the court. The BMC officers demanded me to show them the stay order. When I went to the nearby room to collect the stay order, within, 20 minutes, the BMC officers left the area after they sealed my house! My wife was hospitalized. As she heard about sealing the room, she could not bear the shock and hence, passed away.

Fire caught on room

The room’s sealing was not enough for the BMC and the builder. On October 28, 2016, fire caught in my sealed room. My room (house) was totally gutted to the core. None of the ‘answerable’ authorities like police, fire and BMC have an answer to my question of how a sealed room caught fire!

BMC demolished room

The inhuman case of sealing and fire incidents just did not end here. The BMC, Builder and the Police heaved a sigh of relieve after demolishing my room. On November 2, 2016, the BMC officers demolished the room.

Now what could I do? What can I do? Can anybody please tell me? The BMC-Builder-Police nexus have destroyed my life COMPLETELY. Any leader, politician, journalist, social worker can take cognizance of my incidents. I am also requesting/appealing through news portal ABI (Akela Bureau of Investigation) with HEARTFELT folded hands to Asaduddin Owaisi, Digvijay Singh, Arvind Kejriwal, Lalu Yadav, Mulayam Yadav and all the Muslim leaders, organizations from Mumbai to give me justice. I am not a terrorist; I am not a SIMI activist. I am only a poor man and most importantly, I am a MUSLIM.
