X Men Days Of Future Past star Hugh Jackman has expressed his deep admiration for none other than the God of cricket Sachin Tendulkar.
While promoting the keenly anticipated superhero flick X Men Days Of Future Past, superstar Hugh Jackman has revealed that he finds the cricketer’s mental strength amazing.
Asked about which mutant would best play cricket, the X men star quipped, “Am pretty sure Wolverine would be a bad cricket player – he would not have the patience (laughs)!”
He continued, “Now, cricket is a mind game. I mean, Tendulkar is who he is, very talented, but I’m most inspired by his mental strength, and how he seems to wear it so easily. So someone like Professor Xavier – so long as he could walk – having that mind ability, I’d want him as my captain. Knowing which bowler to bring on, knowing when they’re getting tired, oh, he doesn’t like the short ball, or, he likes the short ball – all of that, he’d be best.”
Well we always knew Sachin is loved by ALL globally.
