THE another witness also identified Salman Khan in infamous 2002-hit and run case. He said that he saw him getting out of the car after the accident.
The 48-year-old bollywood actor Salman Khan appeared in Mumbai Sessions Court on Monday. Three eyewitnesses had testified before the court and identified the actor, last month. A witness named Samba Gowda last week had said that he had drawn panchnama of the articles seized by police on the day of the incident on September 28, 2002.
One of the witnesses had lodged a complaint claiming that he had received a threatening call a few days back.
Salman Khan’s car had run over a group of people sleeping on a pavement in Bandra, killing one person and injuring four others in an accident, twelve years ago. Salman was charged with an additional charge of culpable homicide not amounting to murder that is liable for a 10-year sentence.
