THE Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB), Thane on Tuesday arrested Kapil Shankar Koli, the clerk of CIDCO in Navi Mumbai for accepting a bribe of Rs 1500.
According to ACB officials the complainant had applied for the transfer of his flat in Nerul branch of CIDCO. Koli allegedly demanded a bribe of Rs 1500 for transfer of the flat.
The complainant was not willing to pay the bribe so he approached ACB and registered FIR against Koli. On June 17, around at 1:10 pm ACB offcials laid a trap at Nerul branch of CIDCO and arrested Koli accepting the bribe amount of Rs. 1500.
