THE Hisar police in Haryana on Friday have arrested Aashish Kumar Bishnoi for allegedly posing as a Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) and duping several people of Rs.4 crore. Bishnoi was duping people for over four years over allotment of plots in Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) sectors.

According to media reports Bishnoi a resident of sector 52 and sector 13 in Hisar duped businessman and people from high society of nearly Rs.4 crore. Bishnoi was arrested after a woman filed a complaint against him.

Bishnoi had employed a personal security officer (PSO) and driver. He used red beacons on his luxury SUVs. Bishnoi a graduate from a college in Punjab’s Bhatinda used to tell people in Gurgaon that he is posted in Hisar while he fooled people in Hisar saying he was CJM in Gurgaon.

Incidentally, accused had close links with senior police officials. Many officials were present at his daughter’s birthday party on March 23, 2013.

Bishnoi lives with two “wives”, one each in Gurgaon and Hisar and has three children from them. Besides, he also has some other women friends.
