Palvade gave the driver a receipt and confiscated the truck taking it to Pachod Police Station.

The complainant approached Palvade at Dongaon, Sirgaon to strike a conversation so as to why was the truck confiscated. Palvade asked the complainant to pay him a fine of Rs. 6,200 which was mentioned on the receipt that Palwade gave the driver; along with it he also asked the complainant to pay him an additional amount of Rs. 20,000 per month if he wanted to transport Sand or else his truck would be confiscated every month in the similar manner. The complainant said Rs 20,000 was a very big amount for him and pleaded Palvade to reduce the amount after which he agreed on Rs. 18,000 per month. Palvade also told the complainant to get Yusuf Bhai along when he visits him the next time or to make him talk to Ysusf Bahi over the phone.
