UNDERWORLD don Ravi Pujari have entered in Preity Zinta- Ness Wadia episode. The Wadia group has registered FIR in NM Joshi Marg police station claiming they received threatening calls and a text message from Pujari. Fugitive gangster warned that their (Wadia) “business will be in trouble” if Zinta was harassed.
Mumbai Police Commissioner Rakesh Maria on Wednesday told media that two personal secretaries of industrialist Nusli Wadia on Monday received calls on their cell phones from a person, who claimed to be Pujari.
The text message was, “Don’t run around Preity Zinta. Give my message to Wadia. Otherwise his business will be in trouble.”
On June 16, Nusli Wadia’s office and two personal secretaries received five phone calls. The phone number (of the caller) is supposed to be from Iran. The police is going to check with voice samples to ascertain the identity of the accused. The Mumbai Crime Branch’s Anti-Extortion Cell is also probing the matter.

Nusli Wadia’s elder son Ness is locked in a bitter feud with Zinta, his former girlfriend, who has accused him of abuse and molestation during an IPL cricket match on May 30.
Zinta is returning to Mumbai from abroad this week to record her statement.
As per Maria, police have written to the BCCI for CCTV footages and other information. There were about 220 cameras on the ground at different locations. Police have collected five CCTV footages and verifying the truth.
Police had written to Sony through BCCI seeking the footages which had telecast rights for the match, to make available footage from the 19 cameras it had at Wankhede Stadium.
