ARVIND Jagannath Bane, a former BJP corporator, has complained to several top authorities including the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, against Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA Mangal Prabhat Lodha urging them on not making him minister of Maharashtra government. Bane alleged that Lodha is a land grabber and has no reputation in society to become a minister.
Mangal Prabhat Lodha is India’s richest property baron. His father Guman Mal Lodha was the Chief Justice of the Guwahati High Court and a member of the Lok Sabha. An active member of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) in his youth, Lodha is the vice-president of BJP and a Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) from Malabar Hill constituency.
He is serving the party since a long but is well known for being close to Gandhi the family.
Lodha is also a controversial real estate developer and aspires to become a minister in the Maharashtra government.
Bane was a corporator from ward number 212 from 2002 to 2012. Bane was very much close to Mangal Prabhat Lodha for almost 20 years. He very knows that Lodha is cheater and a land grabber builder.
Bane has complained (copy available with ABI) to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Rajnath Singh, Governor of Maharashtra and top BJP leaders requesting them to avoid making him a minister of the Devendra Phadnavis government.
Bane has also complained to the Enforcement Directorate (ED), Income Tax, State Intelligence Department (SID) to register FIR against Lodha as he is involved in money laundering business. Lodha allegedly sends black money to a Mauritius based company.
“Lodha is not fit to be a minister. He is a land grabber. He is a famous cheater. I have complained against him. It is possible that Lodha can kill or harm me and my family but I don’t care,” said Bane.
Sources said that, Lodha is sure that no one can stop him to becoming a minister. Lodha claims he is very much close to BJP chief Amit Shah. Once Amit Shah had visited his residence. Lodha also claims that on request of Amit Shah he has given Rs. 200 crore to the party fund. In-turn Shah had promised to award him with the post of a minister.
“It may be true that Lodha has paid Rs. 200 crore for the party fund to become a minister. It is the only route that can make Lodha a minister. Lodha mein aur kaun si quality hai jo unhe minister bana sakti hai? Wo paisa dekar hi minister ban sakta hai. Ek baar wo minister ban gaya to uske upar jitne bhi criminal mamale chal rahe hain sab settle kar lega,” said a top Mumbai BJP leader.
“At present Bane is not in BJP. Email me your questionnaire. Will reply,” said Lodha.

No one able to stop Lodhaji to become a Minister of state. Arvind Bane’s allegation are mare allegations.
