A social activist Hemant Patil has filed a civil suit in Bombay High Court seeking ban on films’ release and on the poster of film ‘PK.’ Noted Bollywood actor Amir Khan has appears in a nude pose stands on rail tracks for promoting the film.

According to petitioner, Amir Khan’s poster is vulgar. He has recently hosted a TV Show “Satyamev Jayate.” Now, by appearing nude for the sake of publicity, he had done a “shameful” act. His poster is obscene and has the tendency to corrupt the minds of the people.

Perhaps it is likely to come up for hearing on Tuesday. The members of film Censor Board, Aamir Khan, film’s producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra and director Rajkumar Hirani are the defendants.

Remember, the Supreme Court had last week dismissed a PIL (Public Interest Litigation) which sought a ban of film ‘PK’ saying “If you don’t like then don’t watch the film. These are matters of art and entertainment and let them remain so.
