TELUGU Titans’ star Rahul Chaudhari is nowadays busy playing in the Pro Kabaddi League as well as with the hearts and emotions of girls all over the country. The day is not far when Rahul may face molestation and rape charges in wholesale.
Rahul Chaudhari is the captain of Telugu Titans team and is the third best raider in the Star Sports Pro Kabaddi. Telugu Titans is a kabaddi team based in Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam that takes part in the Pro Kabaddi League. The team’s brand ambassador is the Bahubali-fame actor Prabhash and it is owned by Veera Sports constituting Srini Sreeramaneni of Core Green Group, Mahesh Kolli of Greenko Group and Gautham Nedurumalli of NED Group.
The 25-year-old Rahul Chaudhari hails from Bijnor district, Uttar Pradesh. In the month of March, he was in Mumbai to play kabaddi. At that time he met a Thane girl in NSCI club, Worli. Rahul showed his unhappiness with the girl as she was accompanied by mother and brother. While chatting with her, Rahul tried to hug the girl and put his hands on her waist. An MBA student, the girl (name withheld by ABI to protect identity) returned with tears in her eyes.
The girl had been befriended by Rahul on Instagram, a social networking site. Rahul himself had sent a friend request to the girl, saying he indeed was the real Rahul Chaudhari, known all over as a top kabaddi player. He started proposing to the girl, stating he had fallen in love at first sight after seeing her pictures (DP) on Instagram. He also told her that he was coming to Mumbai and forced her to meet him.
After meeting Rahul, the girl narrated the bad experience she had to her ex-boyfriend, Ashutosh Chaurasiya. Ashutosh is a resident of Kalyan (West) and reporter in a Hindi newspaper, Dainik Dakshin Mumbai. Ashutosh talked to Rahul Chaudhari and also published an article in the newspaper. Rahul Chaudhari realized that something had gone wrong and deleted the Instagram account. He also started requesting other girls not to go to the media as his career would be spoiled.
After the news was published in Dainik Dakshin Mumbai, more than 15 girls approached the newspaper office complaining against Chaudhari. Their story was the same. Some girls claimed Chaudhari even maintained physical relations with them.
Some followers of Chaudhari then threatened the newspaper to be ready to face the consequences of its actions.
“After receiving threat calls I asked our staff to continue exposing Rahul Chaudhari. I don’t care about any pressure,” said Nimish Vora, Chairman of the newspaper.
One of the girls hails from Uttar Pradesh and narrated her story to ABI (abinet.org). It revealed a pattern that was repeated with all the girls.
“As per my experience ‘Love Games’ might be ‘play’ for Chaudhari but bold and sensational for the audience and girls. Earlier Chaudhari tried to settle the matter by requesting me. As he succeeded in deleting the matter (chats and photographs) on Instagram, Chaudhari threatened me,” said Ashutosh.
The cheated girls have also created a group on social media. When contacted Rahul Chaudhari said , “fake hai”.
Such persons should.be punished under the stringent.IPC sections of.law
