Ulhasnagar’s GOLD smuggling Deepak Suhani gang also smuggle foreign CURRENCIES Dollar and Euro

ABI (abinet.org) is continuing to expose Kalyan-Ulhasnagar based Deepak Suhani gang that smuggles in around four kilograms of gold daily from Dubai, Singapore and Bangkok. Now it’s revealed that Suhani gang is also involved in smuggling foreign currencies.

One of the former gang members of Suhani gang told ABI (Akela Bureau of Investigation) that all Suhani’s gang members are also involved in smuggling of Dollar and Euro. They smuggle gold from Dubai, Singapore and Bangkok and handover gold to Hawala businessmen in Zaveri Bazar and Kamathipura in Mumbai. Mulund police HIRE cyber expert who charges Rs 5,000 per hour, fail to take action on PADOSAN KA ADDA

A YOUNG woman has been running from pillar to post for the investigation of a case registered at the Mulund police station. The police could not be bothered less, as they have not only failed to solve the case but also informed the woman that they are taking the advice of a private cyber expert who charges Rs 5,000 per hour.

On March 25, 2017, the Mulund police station registered an FIR (copy with ABI) under sections 500 and 509 of the IPC and 66 (K), 67 and 67 (A) of the Information Technology Act on a complaint from Sheetal Singh (name changed to protect identity). SMUGGLERs make whistleblower do SIT-UPS inside jail

ON March 8, 2017 ABI (abinet.org) published an article under the headline “Ulhasnagar new hub of GOLD and USD smuggling: Bombay High Court orders DGP to initiate high level inquiry”. The Bombay High Court has ordered Director General of Police (DGP), Maharashtra, to initiate a high-level inquiry on a petition by an Ulhasnagar-based youth, Neel Nathani.

According to the petition (copy with ABI), when Neel Nathani (not real name) refused to smuggle gold and US dollars on instructions of the Deepak Suhani gang, an attempt was made to frame him in cases of gold smuggling and drugs, and finally in a RAPE case. On November 18, 2014, customs officials arrested Kamal Motwani, Kumar Karira, Dheeraj Ahuja and Feroz Mohammed Ibrahim Khan with 3,200 grams of gold at the Mumbai international airport.
